Eustacia Mahoney is a seasoned Leadership Coach, Business Strategist

and Public Health Nonprofit Executive.

“Partnering with people to do good work has been the heartbeat to my career. I believe in the creative, expansive and magical power of DreamBIG and I geek out on the tangible results we can achieve when working together.  I believe in serious work and outcomes, but don’t always take myself too seriously.  When I’m not working, I’m trying on new perspectives with my camera, telling corny jokes and stories-- especially if they involve an Irish accent.  My experience has taught me that creative solutions to difficult problems often come when we’re playing."  

Eustacia is a highly skilled leader with considerable enterprise organizational development experience, including change management, strategic planning, team development and leadership coaching. She brings more than two decades of public health, advocacy, product development and organizational management experience working with corporate, healthcare, educational and government systems at the local, state and regional levels.

During her tenure with the American Cancer Society she built a transformational enterprise customer care model and service center and reimagined a 100-year-old workforce engagement strategy to recruit, select, train, support, and recognize a team of over 1.5M dedicated volunteers across the U.S. For the past ten years she served as an internal leadership coach for the organization's emerging leaders development program.  This opportunity served to deepen and expand her coaching skills and ultimately, inspired the launch of DreamBIG Results.
