Eustacia's Story
Experienced. Committed. Supportive.
Eustacia Mahoney, CPCC, PCC, ACTC,CPQC is a seasoned Leadership and Team Coach, Business Strategist and Public Health Nonprofit Executive.
“Partnering with people to do good work has been the heartbeat to my career. I believe in the creative, expansive and magical power of DreamBIG and I geek out on the tangible results we can achieve when working together."
Eustacia is a talented people leader with considerable enterprise organizational development experience, including change management, strategic planning, and team development. A hallmark of her career has been helping leaders and teams connect--with one another and with their purpose--to create strategic focus, make decisions and take meaningful action that deliver powerful results.
She brings more than two decades of public health, advocacy, product development and organizational management experience working with corporate, healthcare, educational and government systems at the local, state and regional levels. During her tenure with the American Cancer Society she built a transformational enterprise customer care model and service center and reimagined a 100-year-old workforce engagement strategy to recruit, select, train, support, and recognize a team of over 1.5M dedicated volunteers across the U.S.
At the center of her leadership coaching is a belief in the transformative power of human connection. She will listen deeply to you. She will challenge you to explore your blind spots and see new perspectives you've not yet considered. As a result of these coaching sessions, you’ll find clarity as you define your leadership vision and goals and create an action plan to move forward.
Eustacia believes in serious work and outcomes, but doesn’t always take herself too seriously. When she’s not working, she’s spending time with her Sweetheart, trying on new perspectives with her camera, or telling corny jokes and stories-- especially if they involve an Irish accent. Her experience has taught her that “creative solutions to difficult problems often come when we’re playing."
